Mesclun
Mesclun is a mix of young leafy vegetables, often consisting of different types of lettuce, rocket and other herbs, known for its fresh flavour and crisp texture. Originally from the region around Nice in France, but also grown in Italy . mesclun is often used in salads and as a garnish for various dishes.
