Celery
Celery, also known as celery, is a popular vegetable often used in salads, soups and as a snack. Celery is available all year round. In the Netherlands and Belgium, it is mainly grown locally from June to November. Outside these months, celery is imported from countries such as Spain and Italy, where the growing season is optimal for this versatile vegetable.
